We’re a Beginner friendly boxing club that aims to teach you both the basics and some advanced boxings skills whilst improving your overall fitness.
As we’re beginner friendly, we can accommodate our training plan and its intensity to match your comfortability and desire, so our club is both accessible and supportive for everyone!
Our typical sessions will run twice a week and consist of one day looking at combinations and techniques and the other on exercises and games to improve your fitness. Later in the year once our members are comfortable, we will also introduce light sparring which is completely optional to participate in.
Tuesday's : 6-8pm at AUB Dance Studio
