🥊💥 AUB Boxing club is a welcoming environment for complete beginners to intermediate boxers. 💥🥊
Improve technique and stamina for boxing or join just for fitness! We meet twice a week, and we do cardio, pad work, boxing drills and have opportunities for sparring.
Come along to a taster session and see why we love it.
Our sessions consist of a warmup consisting of stretching and cardio, usually followed by paired pad work (we provide gloves and pads).
We will also have opportunities for sparring later in the year.
Outside of sessions we run some casual socials for boxing club members, a great opportunity to hang with friends or meet like-minded people outside of your course
