Hello sunshine humans, we are an inclusive and welcoming society that accepts all abilities of yoga and meditation, and we are excited to learn alongside our members! We will be running weekly sessions involving movement and meditation, as well as running some events such as courtyard yoga at AUB.
Some topics our sessions will focus on are: breathing techniques, strength, meditation, menstrual cycles, sun salutation flows and journaling.
